The Safer Neighbourhoods Communty Policing team have brought to our attention that several houses in or area have had rubbish removed from their wheelie bins in the past few weeks.

This may be a childish prank, but it could be for more serious offences such as identity fraud, so it in our best interests to shred all documents containg personal data beofre thwing them away to safe guard our personal details.

We have also been told of 3 early morning car thefts in our village in the past few weeks, when drivers have switched on the ignition to warm up the engine and then gone back inside their houses.
